QHow can I download street fighter ex plus alpha and ex 2 plus on Samsung galaxy tab 2 and psp.?

Please respond in a way that is easy to understand . I had recorded videos on YouTube and download files up http://m.coolrom.com/roms/psx/39706/Street_Fighter_EX_Plus_Alpha.php but I can not download the game on my psp or Galaxy Tab 2 , I have customfirmware and popsloader for psp but do not know yet if it makes this game only. So I would appreciate if someone can respond from the basics of downloading and even would like to know if there is any popsloader customfirmware and especially for this game . My version is psp 3000 ( software is 6.60) and Galaxy Tab 2 ( software is 4.1.1) . I'm totally new to the game file download from my laptop to other devices ( psp and tab 2) , so I'm very sorry if I'm asking too many questions for a download.Thankyou only .
